三星火灾海上保险（中国）有限公司是韩国三星火灾海上保险公司在中国设立的具有法人资格的独资财产保险公司。三星火灾海上保险公司成立于1952年，隶属于韩国三星集团。它是韩国最大的财产保险公司，占有30%以上的市场份额。三星火灾被A. M. Best授予A+（Superior）的评级，并获Standard & Poor’ s 的A+（Stable）评级。 2005年3月，三星火灾海上保险（中国）有限公司经中国保险监督管理委员会批准，并于同年4月获得企业法人工商执照，成为中国保险市场第一家具有法人资格的外资财产保险公司。

Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Company (China), Ltd. is a subsidiary established by Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co.. Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., affiliated with the Samsung Group in Korea, was established in 1952. It is the largest P&C insurance company in Korea, occupying over 30% of its market share. It was awarded honorably A+（Superior）grade by A. M. Best, and A+(Stable) by Standard & Poor’s. With the approval by the CIRC in March, and the business license granted by the SAIC in April 2005, Samsung F&M Insurance (China) became the first ever subsidiary among international P&C insurers in domestic market.
