1. Achieve Sales Budget
2. Business source maintenance development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible f achieving sales budget through active sales marketing activities；
2. Maintenance development of assigned broker channels through the promotion of existing product lines as well as new product；
3. Coach supervise Distribution Executives in ways that are required by department head
4. Keep close moniting of the competition market intelligence, provide suggestions to Leader constantly
5. Follow up broker unit best practice
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachel degree above
2. 3 - 6 years wking experience in insurance industry, preferably with background in feign insurer’s business/marketing department
3. Ability to wk under pressure
4. Result iented
5. Adaptable to change willing to drive changes
6. Self-motivated
