Key Performance Areas:
Prepares and controls overall HR budget and manpower planning.
Provides consultation services to managers on core C&B programs.
Reviews and develops compensation program implementation process.
Ensures compensation & benefit programs meet local government and legal rules.
Obtains the updated local marketing information and provides analysis report.
Administers C&B polices associated with payroll, salary administration and employee and labour relations. Requirement
Bachelor or above degree of relevant major
At least 5 years HR C&B experience in MNCs
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Excellent Office skills
