职位描述：
1. To suppt branch IT manager to manage the IT projects/operation in specific area
2. Be responsible to set up the branch IT strategy, initialtive implement them within budget 保证分公司发展各项IT建设方案制定以及审核，并进行成本控制
3. To assist company level infrastructure project implementation locally协助总公司IT进行各类项目在本地的实施
4. To be responsible f the non-dentralized procurement local vend management 协助总公司负责分公司各个办公室硬件系统的选型及采购管理及分公司IT硬件供应商的管理；
5. Be the interface between IT branch users定期与分公司业务部门沟通
6. Provide the operation rept to home office infrastructure team提供公司运营汇报给总公司
