职责综述：
Implement internal and external IT projects, prepare project plan, perform QA, and assist system maintenance and production support.岗位主要责任:

2.Development process control and management
3.Outsourcing IT project control and management
4.IT project plan preparation and feasibility analysis
5.Maintain project status report
6.QA process implementation and monitor
7.Existing system maintenance 关键职位胜任能力:
At least 2 years working experience in project management, quality assurance testing and system analysis, able to understand and analyze business needs.
In depth project management skills (planning, monitoring and control of project)
More than 1 year large software system maintenance experience
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Good English skills
