Be accountable for the servicing of a number of Multinational /Risk Management programs by
-Working with the underwriter, the Producing broker and the MAS supervisor or CSG Manager, reviewing the service level agreements required on new and renewal programs.
-Gathering and maintaining up to date account and local policy level information.
-Ensure that documents are received and issued accurately and on in timely fashion.
-Communicating information to the Reinsurance Service Units and AIG local offices.
-Booking /Billing and drafting Master policy.
-Preparing and releasing local policy instructions to the AIG Network.
-Escalating issues to the Producing broker, MAS Supervisor or underwriter.
-Tracking and monitoring receipt of premium credit for the account.
-Reporting status and escalating issues to the MAS Supervisor, Producing broker and underwriter, when appropriate.
-Participating to Underwriter/Broker/Client meetings. requirements:
- university graduate with at least 2 yrs experience
- experince in customer service/major account service & handling in insurance/ banking/ commercial area will be an advantage.
- excellent communication and English skills
- nice personality, patience will be appreciated
- could work under pressure
