职位描述： Key Objective: Provide effective, responsive accounting services to ACE EHS Senior Management Team. Ensure operations are in compliance with corporate and statutory guidelines and policies. Provide financial accounting consulting services to ACE EHS Senior Management Team. Responsible for all aspects of accounting. Communicate in English and Chinese with ACE EHS Management and local contacts. Responsibilities: Provide effective, responsive accounting services to ACE EHS Senior Management Team, such as:Ensure accuracy of Ledger Balances, Banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receviable, Chinese and interface with USA accountants. Ensure ACE EHS operations are in compliance with corporate and PRC statutory guidelines and policies by periodically testing ACE EHS procedures and processes for compliance.Provide Financial Accounting Consulting Services to ACE EHS Senior Management Team on matters with financial accounting impact. Recommend improvements to existing processes. Ensure adequacy of the system of internal controls in place within ACE EHS and recommend improvements as required. Major areas where compliance with existing internal controls is critical include: Cash receipts and disbursements.
Knowledge of generally accepted Chinese accounting principles. Strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies Strong written and oral communications skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to influence others and overcome resistance to recommendations. Degree in Accounting or Finance Project management skills and ability to work with minimum of directions. Knowledge of Consulting Company Accounting desired Working experience of >3 years Experience using financial software such as UFDIA ERP helpful
