Main Duties: Develop strategically viable accounts for the Voluntary Employee Benefits (VEB) business unit; Generate account proposals and all other relevant client requested documentation; Plan and agree on proper program enrolment format with client companies; Build on and maintain existing client relationships to increase future development opportunities; Obtain up-front agreement on future enrolment activities from client accounts to ensure long term, productive relationships with our client companies; Initiate strategic plan to ensure individual target/budget is met; Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activity including appointments, secured, pending, and declined accounts, as well as prospect accounts; Observe and report on market trends, competitor information, and client feedback. Performance Measurements: Successful attainment of targeted/budgeted production; Consistency of reporting; Quality of enrolment set-up; Ability to implement ad-hoc requests from matrix partners; Clear and consistent communication of activities and other pertinent job related items.
