-Identifying / developing business opportunities and new / existing agents / broker relationships. -Assessing and evaluating risks, risk retention standards and controlling risk accumulation. -applying quotation on new/renewal business. Qualifications: -BA or above degree -At least 5 yrs BD or UW relevant experience in non-life insurance, experience in Broker company will be an advantage. -sharp marketing sense, excellent clients development and service skills. -Good English and presentation skills.
