Assist in achieving company’s persistency target, ensure inbound retention team abandon rate below 10% Ensure inbound retention team achieve the set target, and outbound team achieve consumed performance target. Ensure conservation CSR’s quality service,conservation team’s daily operation and 90% attendance rate. Make sure good morale in conservation team, with regular morning,weekly meeting and regular review with CS manager. Recruit,teach and coach qualified conservation CSR,include training arrangement,updated materials arrangement. Personal Requirement: Strong willing to learn; Good communication skill and team work spirit;Good at MS tools. Experience in at least 3 years of team leader or above with over 5 subordinates at call center or insurance company’s after-sale service dept. Speedy execution,result oriented and self motivated; adaptable to changing environment or different requirement.
