职位描述: (北京、上海) Position Objective: Responsible for directing the activities of sales consultants within assigned channel; Participates in the development of the sales strategy and staffing model together with channel; Provide in-depth training to Sales personnel of bank; Responsible for all sales and services for the assigned distributors, including needs analysis, development, delivery and post-sale services; Defines the training plan and training strategy with Sales Manager; Responsible for overall management of the training activities; Develops training material and training arrangement together with Sales Manager according to trainee’s needs; Assists to maintain relationships with key accounts of brokerage companies, in order to achieve profitable results; Requirement: Bachelor degree and above major in Insurance, Economics, Finance or Accounting or relevant area; 5 to 7 years working experience in insurance company or preferably in Financial Institutes such as Fund Management company or bank etc., overseas experiences as a plus; Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin; Good contacts and relationship network within the insurance or fund industry is advantageous; Strategic Thinking; Problem Solving and analytical mind; Strong Investment and Insurance Knowledge; Self-initiative; Modestly Self-Confident; Strong Interpersonal Skills; Strong communication skills and presentable; Good at organising and project management; Strong Leadership.
