职位描述:
Department: 顾问行销渠道
Position Title: 业务支援经理
Position Summary: 在业务计划、业务推动、业务人事及业务行政等方面支持顾问行销销售团队的业务活动。
Sales suppt f Agency business in business planning, promotion, personnel administration.
Principal Acabilities
业务目标规划方面 Business objective planning
1.根据顾问行销的经营策略,协助顾问行销负责人制定年度业绩目标及费用计划 Suppt Agency head to make annual business objectives expense planning accding to Agency business strategy.
2.业务计划相关报表制作,并定期追踪分析 Business planning rept regular follow up analysis.
3.负责顾问行销相关费用管控,定期分析以确保符合公司费用管控目标。Responsible f cost management f Agency channel, regular analysis to ensure meeting company expense management objective.
4.协助顾问行销负责人提交月度业绩相关报告 Suppt Agency head to submit monthly business rept.
业务推动方面 Business promotion
1.根据顾问行销的经营策略,组织制定年度业务推动计划 Make business promotion plan accding to Agency business strategy.
2.策划、制定并组织推动业务相关的荣誉体系、激励活动 Plan, develop ganize business related hon systems incentive activities to do sales promotion.
3.负责公司受理业务数据报表及阶段竞赛报表的建立、管理;
4.组织推动新产品上市及后续跟踪 Organize promote new products follow up.
5.协助顾问行销负责人策划组织业务活动,如开拓新型销售渠道或客户活动 Suppt Agency head to ganize business activities, ie, new sales channel development customer activities.
行政辅助方面 Admin management
1.根据公司《基本法》及相关政策,落实业务人事及业务(保单)行政相关工作,并确保工作质量和部门服务标准。Implement business personnel administrative wk accding to company basic law related policies, to ensure wk quality department services stards.
2.与总公司相关部门沟通销售团队相关业务及行政需求 Communicate with home office related functions of sales business admin requests.
3.负责实施非在职保单的分配行政工作,监管服务品质 Responsible f implementing the distribution policy of non-service administration, moniting service quality.
4.负责销售团队职场管理、销售辅助工具库存管理 Responsible f sales team wkplace management sales tools inventy management.
5当地同业公会关系维护 Maintenance the relationship of local trade association.
合规管理方面 Compliance management
1.定期汇总与上报营销合规报表;Make sales compliance summary rept on a regular basis.
2.进行合规案件查处,完成分公司品质管理委员会职责;Investigate of the cases of compliance fulfill the responsibility of branch quality management committee.
3.定期进行合规培训。Organize compliance training on a regular basis.
Typical Minimum Education - 本科以上学历。Bachel degree above。
Typical Minimum Experience - - 八年以上工作经验,其中五年以上个人寿险业务管理、培训和企划经验。Me than 8-years wking experiences.(Me than 5-years experiences in individual insurance business management, training cpate planning.)
Professional / Technical Competencies Abilities
- 工作主动、热情、有创造性,能承担较大工作压力 Initiative, enthusiasm, creative capable to wk under pressure;
- 良好的客户服务意识 Customer services iented。
- 熟练运用Office等办公软件 Proficient in Microsoft Office ;
