职位描述: Responsibilities: 1. Support to design varies training and development programs such as orientation training, communication skills, Junior Program, Mentorship program, Career Path, etc to make sure the programs are suitable and practical for company’s operation in branch; 2. Make action plans and execute accordingly to meet new learning and development requirements; 3.Support to make training plan, training policy and coordinate some big training courses, and keep all training program’s all records and files; 4. Works with HR managers to conduct recruitment efforts for all divisions open positions; 5. Build up and enhance the talent pool to support the business growth on time; 6. Works with other HR team members to enhance procedures and services offered Requirement: - University degree, Majored in HR or Business Management, or other related disciplines - At least 3 - 5 years related HR Training and recruitment working experience - Initiative and proactive, patient- Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills - Good presentation skill- Excellent in English, both oral and writing - Excellent in Powerpoint Skills and other relevant computer applications.
