职位要求：

职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with users and service providers for business and system requirements;
- To design and develop insurance systems;
- To manage the development of applications to meet the needs of the business. Ensure the development in line with the corporate standard;
- To provide support to the local IT departments and the end-users.
Requirements:
- University graduate or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience in which 2 years in project management. Having insurance experience is required.
- Familiarity with one of the following programming languages: COBOL/400, Java, .Net, Visual Basic;
- Good communication skills;
- Initiative, earnest and honesty;
