Conduct distribution training programmes · 与总部协同开展与提升客户经理技能和专业水平相关的培训项目，指导销售人员开发团险产品，指导渠道培训计划 · Achieve / exceed group business targets f the branch · 达成分公司团险渠道销售目标 · Involve with the big case help the sales to get necessary resource to achieve the business · 参与关键项目，向销售人员提供目标达成所需资源 · Recruit, train retain optimum number quality of direct sales fce. Ensure direct sales fce are up-to-date with competencies skills required · 招聘，培训并留存数量适宜，素质达标的直销人员，确保直销团队具有工作必需的能力和技巧。 · Manage the life cycle of group business line 管理团险业务的生命周期 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS： · Bachel degree, preferably majing in Insurance, Finance related principles · 本科学历，保险，财务或相关专业者优先 · Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance industry with group business preferred · 7年以上保险业相关经验，有团险渠道从业经验者优先 · Minimum 5 years solid experience in sales management, insurance preferred · 5年以上销售管理经验，保险业销售管理优先 · Excellent leadership experience · 卓越领导力 · Solid experience in sales suppt group business development · 丰富的销售支持或者团体业务拓展经验 · Excellent codination interpersonal skills good in presentation sales team management 协调能力，人际沟通能力出色，自我展示，销售团队管理能力强
