KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Knowing well implement the process operation procedure of agency/broker business； 2. Be able to develop the business cooperation relationship with specified agents & brokers as well as maintain accdingly 3. Consistently achieve the production budget； 4. Consistently review the business/production with agency/broker 5. Deliver business development strategy related action plans with good implementation follow up through； 6. Closely follow up the cases keep f the maj acs with 100k premium 7. Prepare weekly rept f his/her area timely 8. Keep the healthy effective communication with internal external； 9. To be systemic wk time management, clear up the document/policy timely. REQUIREMENTS 1. 1 to 3 years of related wking experience in developing business with agent broker； 2. Strong background in business development in feign insurance company； 3. Have a though understing of client/project management & agents management in day-to-day wk； 4. Competent in repting, planning development； 5. Good communication negotiation skill, experienced in wking with internal external channel； 6. Open-minded with good learning ability 7. Ability to wk independently ability to wk under pressure； 8. Must be a team player 9. Fluent in spoken written in English is essential
