职位描述: Summary of Responsibilities: Proactive planning for, and management of, profitable sales in both the intermediated and wholesale markets, in designated region/market. Manage the sales force in the designated region/market to achieve optimal profitable market penetration across both retail and wholesale distribution channels. Principal Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains relationships with all key contacts in branch level with Citibank. In consultation with the Business Head, drives the wholesale sales process; from targeting and prospecting through to account servicing. Manages expenses within budget and according to company policy and procedures Monitors market metrics (size, etc) of retail and wholesale markets Manages the overall planning and allocation of the relevant budget and the monitoring of the results achieved through that budget Provides specialist skills/authority input into key account sales activities where necessary Demonstrates leadership behavior to both internal IFC and external sales team members, that is aligned with the MetLife objectives, policies and decisions. Carries out regular formal and informal coaching and training to both of internal IFC and external sales team in relation to both core selling skills and sales routines developed in relation to specific value propositions Provides another advocacy channel to management for IFC and Sales Support Contributes to the effectiveness and harmony of the Distribution team through proactive and aligned behavior, focusing on the achievement of the business objectives in a professional and constructive environment. is seen to be a proactive and professional advocate of the MetLife team to other sections of MetLife Group. ’Ownership’ of quality/performance monitoring, compliance assurance, and process for which the position is responsible. Actively involves in, and contributes to, the business unit planning and budgeting activities, in collaboration with the Business Head and the Management Team.
