Ensure direct sales fce are up-to-date with competencies skills required · 招聘,培训并留存数量适宜,素质达标的直销人员,确保直销团队具有工作必需的能力和技巧。 · Manage the life cycle of group business line 管理团险业务的生命周期 任职资格: · Bachel degree, preferably majing in Insurance, Finance related principles · 本科学历,保险,财务或相关专业者优先 · Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance industry with group business preferred · 7年以上保险业相关经验,有团险渠道从业经验者优先 · Minimum 5 years solid experience in sales management, insurance preferred · 5年以上销售管理经验,保险业销售管理优先 · Excellent leadership experience
