职位描述: Summary of Responsibilities: Working in a team environment to generate new sales and retain maturing investments through financial advisers. To develop the business development model via phone based sales or dealer’s onsite in conjunction with Sales Manager. The focus is primarily on the proactive management of profitable relationships with the targeted groups and individual financial planners.It is also required that the incumbent understudies the sales manager role to provide both a back up when required as well as providing the opportunity for a future career path if appropriate. Principal Responsibilities: Assists sales manager with marketing and management of BXS business. Achieve personal sales target. (Monthly and full year sales target) Keeps contact and coordinates within bank branches to guarantee the successful operation of BXS business. Commits to business development and promotion in bank branches and submit feedback from bank branches for analysis and resolution. Provides concentrative training courses about daily business operation or sales policies for bank branches. Submits improvement proposals for BXS products, business operation and management in line with the business development. Provides guidance and assistance as necessary to branch sales and assist them to make the proposals to the customers Offers value added sales strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager to help deepen new and existing relationships and create maximum opportunities for sale of MetLife’s products. Actively engages with the distribution channels to best understand new product and existing product extension opportunities and to constructively feedback to the Product Manager. Secures and delivers MetLife client presentations in conjunction with target dealer’s sales if required. Establishes and implements plans for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively. Establishes relationships with targeted dealer groups and individual financial planners. Prepares and analyses sales reports. Understudies Sales Manager’s and perform allocated Sales Manager duties when required. Prepares plans to ensure work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Manages and implements specific sales campaigns to identified advisers.
